2.30pm - Guest arrival

3.00pm - Ceremony commences

3.30pm - Group and family photos

4.00pm - Guests moved to Croquet Lawn and canapés served (Bridal Party Portraits)

5.00pm - Guests enter Marquee

5.15pm - Bridal party entrance

5.30pm - Entree Served

6.00pm - Bride & groom depart for sunset photos

6.30pm - Main Course Served

7.00pm - Speeches

7.30pm - Cake Cutting

7.40pm - First Dance

8.00pm - Wedding cake served

9.30pm - Bar closes

9.40pm - Bouquet and Garter toss

9.45pm - Sparkler farewell

10.00pm - Guests depart

A couple of notes:

Monday to Thursday weddings commence with ceremony at 11am and finish reception at 5pm

We can extend your chosen venue hire to commence earlier, finish earlier, or extend extra hours (up to our finish time of 5pm Monday to Thursday or 10pm Friday to Sunday)
