Brenton & Clayton

The Day

The elegant garden wedding of Brenton & Clayton went ahead amongst the gardens of Burnham Grove Estate, featuring a beautiful Australian native-theme. They selected the intimate Secret Garden for their nuptials surrounded by the towering Viburnum hedges, with the tranquil sounds of the fountain as their backdrop. Brenton wore an amazing 3-metre-long sheer bridal cape and tiara, which suitably matched the dapper Clayton who stood handsomely at the end of the aisle for him. Rita O’Reilly Divine Celebrancy and the couple’s blended wedding party awaited hem, with their guests looking on to watch them say I DO!

Guests spent the afternoon celebrating in an alfresco reception on the Croquet Lawn styled by the Grooms and their bridal party, accented with pops of colour of Australian Natives. Meanwhile, Brenton, Clayton explored the many backdrops for their beautiful photos taken around the country homestead property with by Ron from Fortunate Fellow.

The afternoon was relaxed and fun, guests laughing and enjoying while dining on the delicious menu by Chef & I Catering. Tunes by a talented acoustic live musician and the super cute photo booth by The Belle Bus Co.

The Style

Styling & florals were created by Brenton & Kirri. working away prepping in the homestead the night prior, to set them on the tables the following morning. They were a mixture of Australian Natives, with beautiful pops of colour.

  • Ceremony - A beautiful geometric pointed arbour, accented with maroon and cream feathers and Australian native florals

  • The Floor Plan - A mixture of round and long tables set amongst the gardens of Burnham Grove Estate. Their bridal table backing onto the beautiful autumn tones of tree's of the Croquet Lawn.

  • Centrepieces - White linen and ivory napkins adorned the tables, truly making the centrepieces created by Brenton & Kirri to pop with colour. A mixture of low and tall accenting stands in rose gold tones

The way they personalised their wedding to showcase their style was perfect for they wanted, a private and intimate celebration with stunning photo's!

The Review

'Our wedding day was truly amazing. We always wanted to have a garden wedding, out in the sun surrounded by trees. We were searching everywhere when we came across Burnham Grove Estate, we went to check it out and fell in love. The ceremony area was a secret garden surrounded by bush and trees, the reception space is a big white marquee that looks out to the lawn area that’s also surrounded by trees and flowers. It was just what we were looking for.' - Brenton & Clayton
